Give us a call and we can transfer your medications to Creekside. All we need is the phone number of the pharmacy you are currently using and a list of the meds that you want filled. Our pharmacist will do the rest.

Once you have downloaded the app, find our store by searching by zip code. You can then add any medications that you have and request refills from there. Please ensure that you add your cell phone number in the app as that enables communication between the pharmacy and our patients.
