WHAT DO I DO IF MY DOCTOR PRESCRIBES A BRAND NAME MEDICATION THAT I CANNOT AFFORD EVEN WITH INSURANCE?
We will first make sure there is not a cheaper generic. If that fails, we will call the doctor and offer them some alternatives that they could prescribe. As a final resort we will show you how to find discount cards.
WILL MY INSURANCE COVER ANY PRESCRIPTION MEDICINE I PURCHASE?
Each insurance has a unique selection of drugs they will cover. Bring in your prescription and we will run it on your insurance to determine coverage specific to you.
WHAT IF MY PRESCRIPTION IS OUT OF REFILLS?
We will call or fax your doctor requesting more. This process is often same day but can sometimes take up to 24 hours.
WHAT IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE DRUG IN STOCK THAT MY DOCTOR PRESCRIBED?
We get next day shipments on all drugs and will have anything not in stock the following day around 10am (note that if it is Friday our next delivery is not until Monday).
WHAT IF MY PRESCRIPTIONS ARE CURRENTLY AT ANOTHER PHARMACY, AND I WOULD LIKE TO SWITCH TO CREEKSIDE?
We can transfer any prescriptions from any pharmacy same day and fill any that are due that day. All we need is the pharmacy's phone number and the medications that you would like to transfer.
